Refund policy
Refund:

a. If the customer has already received their order:

In case of withdrawal, Energecia will refund all payments received for the order, including delivery costs, offered by Energecia and at no extra cost within 8 days of the customer’s request. However, Energecia allows itself the right to defer the refund until it has received the returned products, at the expense of the customer. The refund will be made by credit to the customer’s bank account corresponding to the credit card used to pay the order or by the PAYPAL account if the order was paid via PAYPAL.

b. If the order has not yet shipped:

In case of withdrawal of the customer, Energecia will refund all payments received for the order without undue delay and in any case, at the latest 8 days after the customer’s request. In case of partial return of the ordered products or error on the delivery address by the customer, the initial delivery costs will not be refunded.

c. The case of promotional offers:

The customer may benefit on the Site from a conditional promotional offer, or from free delivery, allowing him to obtain a discount. If the customer returns only part of the items that enabled him to benefit from this promotional offer, the customer will be refunded an amount equal to the price of the returned product from which the discount applied initially will be deducted and to which the customer will no longer be entitled.

Similarly, the customer may receive a gift for the purchase of one or more products. In the event of a return by the customer of this product or part of these products, the customer must also return the gift he received.
